Due to the intractable nature of international shipping we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that the refund will only take place after the item has been received and inspected by us. If the return is approved then we will refund to your original method of payment. If unfortunately you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of the approval, please first check with your bank as the transaction may take a while to be officially posted.
